Fall 2016

Dear Parents and Kindergarten Students,

Hello! Welcome to Kindergarten. My name is Mrs. Nevadomski and I am going to be your teacher. I am excited that you will be in my classroom and I look forward to working with you and your family. In Kindergarten you will have fun reading, playing math games, writing, and doing science activities.

I live in Swartz Creek with my husband Josh, our son Tristen who is a sophomore at Adrian College, and our son Jackson is in 11th grade at Lake Fenton High School. This fall, Jackson is playing football. Our daughter Madison lives in Hudsonville and works at Apple Tree Daycare as a lead teacher and works at The Pipeline restaurant.

I will supply most of the classroom supplies your child will need this year. Some of the supplies that I would like each child to donate to the classroom are: a box of Kleenex, Clorox wipes, a pack of glue sticks, gallon sized baggies, sandwich sized baggies, stickers (for the writing center) and dry erase markers. Some supplies that can brought for personal use would be: a pencil box, pencils, markers, erasers and colored pencils. These items should fit in the pencil box. If it is possible, label some of the items with your child’s name.

As always I would love each parent to donate time, working with the students, watching them grow, learn and achieve. Please consider donating your time in the classroom once a month, your time is the most valuable gift to children.

Please feel free to contact me regarding any concerns you have. My e-mail address is my classroom phone number is (989)729-5624, the office phone number is (989)723-4355.

I am looking forward to working with you and your child and having a wonderful year achieving and growing together as a community of learners.
